Annie Leibovitz is an American portrait photographer that began her career in the 1970s. She is well known for her work with bands such as the Rolling Stones and celebrities including Queen Elizabeth II.
She has a particular style to her photos which are famous for being incredibly well-lit, over the top, and provocative. Her images are often met with criticism yet they have been known to aid in the transformation of society's thoughts regarding topics like the female body and transgender issues. |
