Culminating Activity
Well this is it! Below you will find instructions on a day to day basis. Ensure that you work diligently so that you don't fall behind. If you fond that you are moving well through the period and you have extra time - move onto the next day. Don't wait to start the next day - use your time wisely!
Day 1 - Split Lighting

Split Lighting – Refer to Lighting Cheat Sheets: Produce 4 different pose positions with split lighting

Day 6

Day 7
Do the review exercise: Sharpen. Do image: hooded guy. jpg in Photoshop.

Day 8
From your lighting pattern images: Split Light; Broad Lighting; Short lighting; Loop light; Butterfly lighting; Rembrandt lighting; Sharpen one of your patterns.
Day 9 - Grading Day
For Grading:
Grade evaluated out of 10 for Culminating. I will base my assessment on:
Grading Rubric:

- Butterfly Lighting.jpg
- Rembrandt Lighting.jpg
- Both of the tutorials using 2 different images that you used (Sharpen.jpg, Own Sharpen.jpg, DodgeBurn.jpg, OwnDodgeBurn.jpg)
- Total of 10 jpegs need to be handed into me.
Grade evaluated out of 10 for Culminating. I will base my assessment on:
Grading Rubric:
- 7.0 if you have worked to standard
- Less than 7.0 if your work is not to standard
- Less than 5.0 if your work is incomplete
- 8.0 if your work is all complete and of reasonable quality
- 9.0 to 10 if your work seems exceptional.
